In addition, we have funds for developing the web-site, strengthening the networks and responding "quickly and flexibly to the needs of our partners". So please let us know what else you want us to do.

Changes from last year: we will run more events jointly with other organisations, e.g. UNICEF for education reporters workshop and the World Bank for economics reporters. We need more such partners.

Jemstone Report -- contact us if you still haven't received a copy.

The National Jemstones, in every country of the region, will be developing their own programmes of extra events, which we'll support.

See last Newsletter for coordinators and contact numbers. tl/30/9/97
